Ambulance Arrives in Kharkiv

Last week the used ambulance that we purchased in France with the help of our many donors arrived at the Kharkiv Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital #1, after being driven across Europe!

Our donors will be happy to know that an ambulance with Rochester markings is now in service in the streets of Kharkiv, transporting children to medical care.

Our good friends at RocMaidan contributed $5000 toward the purchase of this ambulance, and we are forever grateful for their donation and for their ongoing, tireless, generous service to the people of Ukraine.

It’s important to note that your help (that you provided right on time and from the goodness of your heart) was extremely needed and useful for the hospital, that despite dangerous conditions continues to fulfill its sacred duty of providing medical care 24 hours a day to children from 0 to 18 years of age.

It is a great privilege to be able to provide such important aid to our pediatric medical colleagues in Ukraine in their time of need. Our next projects will continue to focus on the medical needs of the recently liberated Kharkiv region, and we will update you shortly as those efforts continue to evolve.
